**Return Window**
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a defective product. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

**What We Accept**
We accept returns for defective or damaged products only. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or compatibility issues that are not the result of a manufacturing defect.

A defect includes:
- Glass cracking, chipping, or delamination under normal use
- Adhesive failure that prevents proper installation
- Visible manufacturing defects (bubbles, distortion)
- Product arrives damaged in transit

A defect does NOT include:

At your choice, approved defect returns will be processed as either a full refund to the original payment method or a free replacement unit. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned product.

**Return Shipping**
We cover return shipping for all approved defect returns. You are not responsible for return shipping costs in defect cases.

Auric Redlens is a consumer screen protector product. The Auric Redlens screen protector contains a red-tinted glass layer that filters a portion of high-energy visible (HEV) blue light. In independent SGS lab testing, it filtered 28.21% of HEV blue light. References to "blue light filtering" on our website and packaging describe the optical and physical properties of the glass itself, not therapeutic outcomes.

Any perceived benefits from using a warmer-tinted screen, such as reduced eye discomfort, improved sleep, or greater visual comfort, are subjective and will vary by individual. These are not guaranteed outcomes and are not the basis of our product's commercial claims.

No Health Claims

Auric Labs LLC makes no representations or warranties that use of the Redlens screen protector will:

Treat, prevent, or cure any disease or health condition
Improve skin health, collagen production, or cellular function
Regulate sleep, circadian rhythms, or melatonin production
