Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of verification. Auric reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time. Existing claims submitted before any such change will be honored under the terms at the time of submission.

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition — in the original packaging with all included accessories (applicator tray, cleaning cloths, dust stickers).
